What condition should I Expect my product in?


Your product is to be expected in a  Cisco Sealed Box.  While we do have some used products in stock, all our ASA 5505 Line is "Cisco Sealed".

Where are you located


We currently have 3 Warehouses:

Depending on our Stocks & availability we'll try to ship from the location that's closest to you.

Do you ship to Canada


Canadians: Good news, yes we do ship to Canada. If you're looking to get a used ASA 5505 or 5510 in Canada you've landed on the right page!
Shipping may vary betewen 35 ~ 70$ depending on the product

Can I return a product?


At usedasa your satisfication is our main focus. If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund ( Shipping not included). Products must return in original working condition or otherwise a refund will not be issued. This conditional money back guarantee covers the the first 15 days from your date of your purchase

What methods of payment do you accept?


At this time we're only accepting paypal payments, Credit Card checkout feature might be added in the near future.

How do I place a new order?


Ordering is simple. All you have to do is go to your desired product and click "add product to cart". Doing this will add that item to your shopping cart. From there, you can either continue shopping or "proceed to checkout". Once you have chosen all the products that you wish to purchase, just click on the "check out" button. Then all you have to do is either (if you are an existing user) enter your username and password or create an account.
